Capabilities

Hodge Fabrication Inc. is a complete welding and fabrication service. Our capabilities include;

• Large drilling capacity of 4 1/2″ diameter x 16″ depth

• High definition plasma burning up to an 1 1/2″ plate.

• Oxy fuel capacity up to 12″. 

• CNC sawing capacity up to 20″ pipe and 30″ beams. 

• Shear capacity to 3/8 x 12′. 

• One of the largest press brakes in Arkansas, at 400 tons we can press up to 14′ of 1/2″.

• We work to welding codes that include, but are not limited to AWS, ASME, and API. 

• We also offer weld inspection services. Our owners, Mark E. Hodge and Pat A. Hodge, are both A.W.S. CWIs

• CWI services include, consulting, field welding inspections, WPS, PQR and welding tests to qualify welding personnel and welding machine calibrations.

• Welding processes performed include, SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and SAW.

• Specialty welding of aluminum, cast and other exotic metals as well as brazing is preformed on a regular basis
